No prior HVAC experience is necessary - we provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you build a successful long-term career while delivering excellent service to our customers.What We OfferCompetitive pay up to $25.00 per hour, based on experiencePaid Sick Leave (accrued at 1 hour per 30 hours worked, up to 40 hours)Company vehicle, company phone, and uniforms providedContinuous training and mentorship from experienced techniciansOpportunities for advancement as you develop your skillsSchedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)What You'll DoPerform routine maintenance and service on residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systemsComplete filter changes and basic maintenance tasksAssist senior technicians while learning refrigeration, electrical, and troubleshooting techniquesProvide friendly, professional service to every customerMaintain clean and organized job sitesWhat You NeedHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving recordAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsStrong work ethic and reliable attendanceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsPositive attitude and eagerness to learnAbility to work independently and stay organizedThis is an excellent opportunity for someone with a great attitude who wants to start a hands-on trade career with a supportive local company.
