Job Title: Automotive Service Advisor Location: Gastonia, NC Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Greeting and assisting customers in person and on the phone. Listening to customer concerns and accurately documenting vehicle issues. Writing repair orders and communicating with technicians. Preparing and presenting repair estimates. Updating customers on vehicle status and timelines. Recommending needed maintenance and repairs. Scheduling appointments and managing workflow. Handling invoices and payments. Providing excellent customer service at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as a Service Advisor preferred. Automotive knowledge or background. Strong communication and customer service skills. Organized, professional, and detail-oriented. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Positive attitude and team mindset. Valid driver’s license. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience. Stable Monday–Friday schedule (no weekends). Friendly, team-oriented work environment.
