EMT or Paramedic (PRN)

Position Medcor is hiring an EMT or Paramedic onsite health technician at our construction site clinic in Hilliard, OH on a PRN (as needed) basis. The hours are variable and include nights and weekends. Location Hilliard, OH (Construction site clinic) Responsibilities The on‑site health technician will work collaboratively with medical and operational leadership, local medical providers, and client staff. Core duties include patient care, workers’ compensation case management, return‑to‑work program facilitation, and treatment plan monitoring. The position works closely with outside medical providers. Participate in daily operations at Medcor’s on‑site clinic Provide superior customer service to Medcor’s client and employees Assess and treat workplace injuries and illnesses per Medcor’s Evidence Based Medicine protocols (MCPs) Build and maintain internal team relationships Support onsite employee health and wellness efforts Pre‑employment and post‑offer screenings Documentation of care using state‑of‑the‑art EMR and other tools Physical Assessment Testing (PATs) Case management Medical charting OSHA record‑keeping Qualifications Valid licensure as EMT or Paramedic in the state of Ohio Current CPR/BLS certification Physical ability to lift a 50lb emergency response bag Excellent verbal and written communication skills Positive, outgoing personality, willingness to go above and beyond Passionate about people and providing high‑quality care Preferred Experience Comfort working in a construction environment Proficiency with computers and EMR software Experience in emergency medicine or critical care Benefits Medcor offers competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, training, and a supportive work environment.
