Qualifications:

• Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent)
• Active state license or eligibility to obtain one prior to start
• Proficiency in imaging equipment, including X-ray machines and digital radiology systems
• Strong understanding of radiation safety practices and patient care protocols
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused approach
• Previous experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred

Responsibilities:

• Conduct diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and established safety standards
• Position patients appropriately to ensure accurate imaging while maintaining comfort and privacy
• Operate and calibrate radiology equipment, ensuring optimal image quality
• Maintain thorough and accurate patient records and document each procedure per facility guidelines
• Monitor equipment for proper functioning and report issues promptly
• Support patient education, addressing questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to interpret and deliver imaging results efficiently

$1,936 - $2,048/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
