Housekeeper for Memory Care Community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Rooms (Daily Cleaning):
  • Change bed linens and deliver fresh linen as needed.
  • Dust furniture and vacuum carpets.
  • Empty wastebaskets.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchenettes, including:
  • Toilet bowls, sinks, and countertops.
  • Tub and shower doors.
  • Mirrors.
  • Mop floors.
  • Clean towels, washcloths, and bath mats.
• Common Areas:
  • Maintain cleanliness in lobbies, hallways, stairs, elevators, landing areas, activity/game rooms, television rooms, dining rooms, model units, public restrooms, and guest rooms.
• Vacant Apartments:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of vacant apartments and prepare them for new residents. (Vacant apartments should also be cleaned on the regular weekly schedule.)
• Laundry Services:
  • Sort, wash, fold, and deliver linens as needed.
• Housekeeping Cart:
  • Maintain housekeeping cart in a clean and organized manner.
• Inventory Management:
  • Track linen and cleaning supplies, notify the Maintenance Director when supplies need to be reordered (provide at least two weeks' notice).
• Maintenance Reporting:
  • Report any maintenance issues to Maintenance Director promptly.
• Resident Assistance:
  • Respect and uphold Resident Rights while assisting residents cleaning needs.
• Compliance:
  • Follow all local government regulations and company policies regarding the cleaning and sanitizing of the facility.
  • Use cleaning chemicals safely and adhere to emergency procedures if chemicals are misused.

Work Schedule:

• Tuesday-Saturday.
• Available weekends based on community needs.
• 7:00am - 3:30pm.
