Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing personal and commercial insurance clients Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and community involvement Quote and present insurance solutions from multiple carriers based on client needs and budgets Review existing policies and identify opportunities to improve coverage and reduce coverage gaps Cross-sell additional insurance products including auto, home, umbrella, and commercial policies Manage policy renewals and retention efforts to maintain long-term client relationships Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client questions, policy changes. Qualifications Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance License preferred Comfortable prospecting, networking, and generating new business opportunities Strong sales, communication, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of business Proficiency with agency management systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office applications Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
