Desktop Support Technician

Job Title

Location: SONIC AUTOMOTIVE. 3215 Missouri Blvd, Jefferson City MO

The primary day-to-day responsibilities entail troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.

Requirements

Field Tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification Requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac

Skills

TOP 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing

Work Schedule

M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES
