Food Runner / Support

We are looking for energetic, hardworking team members to join our front-of-house support team as Food Runners and Bussers. Position Overview Food Runners and Bussers play a key role in ensuring that every guest receives their meal quickly, accurately, and in a clean, welcoming environment. This position works closely with servers, bartenders, and managers to maintain smooth service flow and an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Food Running Deliver food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately Ensure all dishes are presented correctly and match the ticket before leaving the kitchen Communicate clearly with kitchen and service staff regarding orders Describe dishes to guests when delivering plates if needed Assist servers in ensuring tables have everything needed for their meals Bussing / Dining Room Support Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, patios, and service stations Assist with water service and refilling beverages when needed Keep service areas stocked with glassware, silverware, and supplies Support servers and bartenders to maintain smooth service General Responsibilities Maintain a positive and professional attitude with guests and coworkers Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Help maintain a clean and organized restaurant at all times Assist with opening and closing side work as assigned Qualifications Restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift and carry trays or bus tubs up to 30 lbs Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Compensation & Schedule Tip income is shared among the front-of-house support team and can significantly increase hourly earnings Full-time and part-time positions available Evening, weekend, and holiday availability preferred Accrued paid sick time in accordance with Colorado Healthy Families and Workplaces Act (HFWA) Health, dental, and vision benefit options for eligible full-time employees 401(k) plan options Growth opportunities within Lotus Concepts Management About My Neighbor Felix My Neighbor Felix celebrates the spirit of Mexico through bold flavors, vibrant spaces, and genuine hospitality.
