Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic. Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients, appointments, and priorities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven real estate environment. Previous real estate, sales, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Coachable and growth-minded, with a willingness to learn and implement proven real estate sales systems, scripts, and strategies. Passion for helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals. Partner with our Inside Sales team to follow up with qualified, pre-set appointments and convert opportunities into closed transactions. Guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate transaction, from the initial consultation through closing. Stay current on Dallas-Fort Worth real estate market trends, home values, inventory, and local developments to provide knowledgeable advice and market insights.
