What You'll Be Doing
- Meet homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
- Conduct simple roof inspections (we'll train you)
- Guide clients through the insurance claims process
- Build trust and long-term relationships
- Work alongside project managers & adjusters
- Manage project details and client updates in our CRM
- Track your pipeline and close opportunities
You're not just "selling" - you're helping homeowners get what they deserve.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey information clearly
- Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and comfortable in a commission-driven role
- Reliable transportation
- Understanding of roofing or construction is a plus (not required)
- Strong people skills (you enjoy talking to others)
- Comfortable working outdoors and independently
- Coachable mindset and willingness to learn
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus - but not required
Compensation & Perks
- Uncapped earning potential
- $15,000-$25,000+/month during storm season
- Base + commission structure
