Product Operations ManagerWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and enhance product development processes.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, experience, and training5 years of professional experience in Product Management, Project Management, Operations, or StrategyOperational experience with product creationProficiency in collaborative tools and processes, with experience in Miro, Smartsheets, AirTable, and/or other project management software toolsPrior work experience at client or in client's industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Understanding of product/retail value chain from innovation to consumerProficiency in Client & Client Suites – inclusive of Keynote, MS PowerPoint, and MS Excel (Formulas, Pivot Tables & Lookups)Exceptional facilitation skills, including the ability to gather relevant data, actively listen, and negotiate forward progressDay-to-Day ResponsibilitiesIdentify issues and opportunities to improve internal processes, establish best practices, and ensure follow-through on the execution of plansHelp drive key moments in our Client Brand CODE Process, ensuring consistency and excellence in executionCreate training, procedural, and system documentation and facilitate as neededCompany Benefits & CultureCollaborative and innovative work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentCommitment to diversity and inclusion
