Event Assistant

We’re looking for an Event Assistant to join our team and help create memorable experiences for clients and guests. This is an entry-level position , and no previous event experience is required. We’re willing to train the right person! You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting events from setup through breakdown while working alongside an experienced team. What You’ll Do Help with event setup, including tables, chairs, decorations, signage, and supplies Assist with event check‑in and greeting guests Help keep events organized and running smoothly Communicate with guests, team members, vendors, and clients in a friendly and professional manner Assist with event activities and last‑minute requests Help monitor supplies and keep event areas clean and organized Support the team during event setup, the event itself, and breakdown Represent our company with a positive and professional attitude What We’re Looking For You do not need previous event experience to apply. We’re looking for someone who is: Friendly, energetic, and comfortable interacting with people Reliable and punctual Organized and able to follow instructions A positive team player Willing to learn new skills Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment Able to stay calm and flexible when plans change Professional and customer‑focused Experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, restaurants, schools, sales, or volunteering is helpful but not required.
