About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of People & Culture to lead the strategic development and implementation of human capital initiatives across its integrated casino-hospitality enterprise. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the performance management, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness strategies that are essential to the business. This role requires a seasoned HR leader with a proven track record in fostering high-performing organizations, operating as a strategic business partner, and leading through influence. The VP will also be tasked with designing and executing a unified performance management framework, establishing people-performance metrics, and partnering with the executive team to align talent strategy with the company's mission and vision. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field, with an advanced degree being a plus. A senior HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR is preferred. The ideal candidate will have experience in a multi-venue or multi-brand hospitality environment, including gaming, hotel, F&B, and entertainment. They should be adept at talent acquisition, onboarding, and have a strong background in HRIS and people analytics. The role demands a leader with a high EQ, who is values-grounded, and can build a culture of accountability and trust. The VP will be expected to champion a values-based culture, ensure compliance with employment laws, and serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and executive team on all matters related to people and culture.
