Founding Sales / Business Development — Software & IT Consulting

Klaus Way Technology is a small, senior‑led team that helps small and growing businesses with their software and IT. We build custom tools and AI automations, and we consult for businesses that need help getting their systems, software, and tech in order. We're strong builders and problem‑solvers — now we're looking for someone who's just as strong at bringing in the work. This is a founding sales role. You'd own new business: finding companies that need software or IT help, starting the conversation, and closing the engagement. We handle the technical delivery; you drive the growth.
