Qualifications

• State License License must be in hand at time of application.
• Certifications ACLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for ACLS (AHA).
• Certifications BLS (AHA). Willing to obtain allowed for BLS (AHA).
• Specialty Experience 1+ years of experience in Step-Down in last 3 years.
• EMR Must have experience with EMRs.
• Skills Assessment STD skills assessment with 2.7+ score.
• Additional Confirmations I have not worked as a traveler employee of Carle Health in the past year.
• Additional Confirmations I confirm I have all of the following experience: Must Have: Trauma Level 1 experience (must be listed on the facility profile). Must Have: Epic EMR experience. Must Have: PCU, Stepdown, or Intermediate Care experience. Must Have: Experience in Seizure Monitoring (monitoring EMU patients 24/7 for activity). Must Have: Proficiency in bedside shift reporting, meaningful hourly rounding, and utilizing whiteboard communication. Must Have: Demonstrated ability to collaborate with critical care teams and hospitalists for Advanced Care patients. Must Have: Skills in initial patient assessment, comprehensive care planning, and modification of interventions based on continuous evaluation.
• Flu Vaccine (Current Season) Must be for the current flu season. Medical and religious declinations are accepted. Willing to obtain allowed.
• Travel Contract Local contracts within 50.0 miles not accepted.
