Project Manager - Civil Engineering

Guy M Turner Inc is seeking a Civil Engineer to plan, manage, and execute industrial projects involving heavy machinery and equipment. This role requires applying engineering principles in real-world field conditions and owning projects from planning through execution. This is not a desk-only role. The position requires hands‑on planning, problem‑solving, coordination with field crews, and direct involvement in project execution. What You’ll Do: Plan and execute industrial projects from start to finish Develop scopes, schedules, and cost estimates Coordinate equipment, labor, and subcontractors Apply engineering skills to solve mechanical, structural, and logistical challenges Work directly with field crews during execution Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, safety, and cost objectives What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, or a heavy STEM-related field Experience in engineering and/or project-based environments Strong mechanical, problem-solving, and planning skills Comfortable working in both office and field settings Note: Prior experience in our industry is not required.
