Operations Manager - Mental Health Facility

Description United Recovery Project is seeking a professional, dedicated, and compassionate Operations Manager to lead our outstanding operations staff. Flexible availability is required. Our ideal Operations Manager candidate should possess a profound understanding of mental health disorders and possess the necessary expertise and empathy to excel in this environment. Purpose of the Operations Manager Role The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing general daily operations of the facility. Addictionaly the Operations Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and supervising all MHT Staff. Schedule for the position: Tuesday - Saturday, 2:00pm-10:00pm. On-call as needed. Pay Range $50,000 to $60,000 annually commensurate with experience. Core Responsibilities of the Operations Manager Supervising a team to assure timely completion of work and adherence to policies and procedures, identifying all necessary resources required and identifying potential barriers. Providing supervision through daily calls and on-site observation. On call 24/7. Learn more about our Programs: URP Behavioral Health United Recovery Project Genesis House Requirements Qualifications of the Operations Manager Minimum of two years experience working in primary Mental Health/Psych domain. Minimum of one year supervisory experience within a primary mental health or psychiatric facility preferred. Possess passion and compassion for patient care. Proficiency in KIPU Super Admin. Exemplary documentation skills. Strong familiarity expertise in Joint Commission and AHCA standards. Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check. #PM23
