About the Position: Rowe Casa is looking to add to our team. Production, Labeling, Curing and Shipping and Warehouse. As a member of our team you will play an important role in the creation of Rowe Casa products. Our employees are the heartbeat of Rowe Casa. We have Day, Evening and Overnight shifts available. We offer Full Time, Part Time, On Demand and Seasonal employment. This position is located in New Boston, TX. Key Roles and Responsibilities (not limited to): Follow product recipes and processes Complete (with training) understanding and knowledge of the proper manufacturing process Key Skills: Highly organized, accountable, and self‑motivated Able to meet key deadlines Understanding of a commercial kitchen environment Safety minded High attention to detail Good attitude and a team player Qualifications: Have understanding of measurements and recipes Able to stand/walk for long periods of time Able to lift 50lbs Preferred Qualifications: Experience in natural and organic product industry This job description is intended to convey information essential to understanding the scope of the role.
