Certified Medical Assistant

Certified Medical AssistantWe are seeking a Certified Medical Assistant, also referred to as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA). Certified Medical Assistants will support both clinical and administrative tasks, such as taking vital signs, assisting with procedures, updating patient records, and coordinating appointments. Medical Assistants will work under the supervision of physicians and nurses in a fast-paced environment, helping to deliver exceptional patient care and ensure smooth clinical operations.ResponsibilitiesGreet patients, obtain vital signs, and prepare them for examinations and proceduresAssist providers with routine clinical procedures, treatments, and patient care needsAdminister medications and injections as permitted by certification and clinic policyUpdate patient records, document clinical information, and maintain accurate medical historiesCoordinate prescription refills, lab results, referrals, and follow-up appointmentsQualifications1. Medical Assistant School or Vocational Training.2. Minimum one year work experience in public contact job.3. Work experience in health care preferred.4. Medical Assistant Certification.5.
