Head of Business Lending

To lead the development of a thriving lending business, the full-time Head of Business Lending will define product strategy, manage a team of product managers and lending specialists, and drive growth while overseeing business performance and P&L outcomes, with the option to work remotely or from specific locations in the U.S. and Canada. Key responsibilities Own the business lending P&L and strategy, setting multi-year plans for product development and growth Build and scale the lending organization by recruiting and leading a high-performing team of product managers Launch and grow lending products while establishing a robust experimentation loop for post-launch growth Required qualifications 10+ years of experience in lending or credit products, particularly in SMB, commercial, or business lending 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of product managers, including hiring and performance management Deep understanding of the full lending lifecycle, including eligibility, underwriting, and servicing Proven track record of owning a lending P&L and managing its key levers Experience launching and scaling lending products in a fintech or high-growth environment
