Job Description:

Join Caldwell Exteriors as a Sales Representative with the potential to earn $100K-$250K annually.

Commission-based position with high earning potential, helping homeowners restore storm-damaged properties at no cost to them. Caldwell Exteriors provides a draw until your first roof is completed and you begin earning commission

 

Responsibilities:

• Daily physical requirements: Must be able to safely climb ladders and work on residential/commercial roofs.
• Identify and contact potential customers in need of property restoration services.
• Conduct property inspections and provide detailed assessments to homeowners.
• Present and sell our restoration services, emphasizing our A+ BBB rating and 5-star reviews.
• Manage customer relationships with our state-of-the-art CRM and provide excellent post-sale support.
• Follow our SOPs to ensure our customers receive a 5-star service

 

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales aptitude with a proven track record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High motivation and drive to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
