Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Learn and understand the terminology for the ERP system, processing specification requirements, masking, and masking removal techniques Learn and understand basic drawing interpretation skills as well as part lists Become familiar with process testing requirements Reading and interpreting documents such as work orders (job traveler), PO requirements, and specifications Mask and masking removal of parts using various types of measuring tools and tapes, dots, and plugs Fill out all paperwork correctly for work done Adhere to company Quality and Safety standards, policies, and procedures always To meet the needs of our customers and colleagues, you are expected to be at your desk/station and ready to work at your designated start time High level attention to detail and manual dexterity is required Ability to communicate in English verbally and written Perform mid-level math skills efficiently and accurately (including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) Ability to solve practical process or procedural problems/issues Critical evaluation and thinking Additional eligibility qualifications: Must have an acceptable criminal history background check Must pass a drug test Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: Full-time 2nd Shift – 3:00PM to 11:00PM (Monday thru Friday) 3rd Shift – 11:00pm to 7:00AM (Sunday thru Thursday) Monday through Friday occasional Saturdays as needed Some overtime may be required Travel Required No .
