We will give you the opportunity to grow towards gaining Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with guidance and financial assistance. What would you be doing? Permanent part‑time opportunity to make a full‑time impact on a child’s life (10‑20 hours on average). Our home‑based treatment involves working directly with the child and the family in their natural environment (most often their home) to teach communication, sharing, play, waiting, and other essential skills. Be’s Registered Behavior Technicians make the home‑session fun by teaching through play‑based activities. We offer training to all staff so they feel confident in the skills required to instruct children affected by autism. Physical demands: working with clients in their natural environments may require lifting or moving approximately 50 lb. and maintaining various postures for extended periods. What do you bring to the role? Minimum high‑school diploma. Active RBT certification with Medicaid credentials. A love and passion for working with children. Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. Auto insurance with you listed as an insured driver. Web‑enabled device (laptop or tablet). Minimum 5 days with consistent availability for at least 6 months (Mon‑Fri 12‑6 pm). Positive attitude and strong people skills to work with children and families.
