Snapshot / Role Overview
We're seeking a Marketing Coordinator in the San Jose area to help a growing commercial mechanical contractor build its brand, generate leads, and engage customers across HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, refrigeration, and controls.
Impact
- Drive lead generation for service growth.
- Raise brand visibility across digital channels.
- Strengthen customer relationships through events and communications.
- Support recruiting and employer branding for skilled trades.
Responsibilities
- Manage and update the company website with accurate service content.
- Create and schedule social media showcasing projects, technicians, and completed work.
- Coordinate SEO and monitor digital performance and lead sources.
- Develop brochures, flyers, and materials for the sales and service teams.
- Plan customer events, golf tournaments, and appreciation campaigns.
- Track website traffic, engagement, and lead conversion.
- Support internal communications and recruiting materials.
Must-Haves
- Marketing coordination experience, ideally for a construction or service company.
- Comfort managing a website platform and social channels.
- Ability to plan and run events.
Nice-to-Haves
- SEO and analytics experience.
- Design skills in Canva or Adobe.
Compensation and Logistics
