Pay: $25 per hour

Schedule: Thursday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Opportunity: Temporary Assignment

BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable HVAC Lead Maintenance Technician to support an apartment community in Plano, TX 75024. This role is ideal for someone with strong HVAC and apartment maintenance experience who can work independently and provide leadership when needed.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
• Complete service requests efficiently and professionally
• Perform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and general maintenance repairs
• Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation
• Complete preventative maintenance and property inspections
• Provide guidance and support to the maintenance team
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and completed work orders
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Provide professional service to residents and onsite staff

Qualifications

• EPA or HVAC certification required
• Previous Lead Maintenance or HVAC experience required
• Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
• Must have basic hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift at least 50 pounds
