Responsibilities



 

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling inbound enquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services, including internet packages, television channels, and telephone features.
• Assist customers with account management tasks, including billing enquiries, processing payments, and updating account information.
• Effectively troubleshoot basic technical and service-related issues, guiding customers through solutions with clear instructions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate technical support teams while maintaining ownership of the customer query.
• Process new service orders, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations with high accuracy.
• Maintain comprehensive and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
• Consistently strive to achieve and exceed customer satisfaction goals and quality assurance standards.

Qualifications



 

• Proven experience in a customer service, call centre, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a clear, professional, and friendly telephone manner.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to customer issues.
• Excellent IT literacy, with proficiency in using standard office software and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• A dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free workspace at home with a reliable, high-speed internet connection is essential.
• Previous experience in the telecommunications or internet service provider (ISP) industry is highly desirable but not required.
