This organization manages the platforms and systems delivering capabilities to our marketing business partners. As a member of the Operational Excellence Technology team, you will be immersed in a collaborative, innovative, and technically challenging environment. As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for design, development, and delivery of Salesforce artifacts. We're looking for team members that are eager to learn and implement new resilient technologies and provide outstanding Marketing solutions.As a Salesforce Developer you will be responsible for helping to deliver quality technology and software initiatives by:Analyzing complex business and systems requirements and providing technical solutions to meet user requirementsDesigning and developing solutions on Salesforce Marketing platform integrating with backend systems and working closely with our development, product teams and ArchitectsEnsuring timely delivery of project deliverablesCollaborating with business partners on issuesPartnering with application and data developers on designs, models and best in class implementationInteracting with experts from across Schwab in different support organizations and business groupsBeing a member of Agile team(s) that focuses on delivering what the client needsPartnering with production support and Campaign management team members to troubleshoot and resolve production issues to ensure 24x7 availability of production systemsAs a team member you will have the following attributes:Strong foundational understanding of application development concepts and technologiesExcellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills, coupled with a desire to take on responsibilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex system issues in business terminologyAbility to handle high-priority projects with deadlines for deliverables with minimal defectsConfidence in interfacing with business partners at various levelsAbility to learn and understand the business functions that the team supportsAbility to work independently as a member of an Agile scrum teamDetailed oriented and a self-starterMust be able to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologiesAbility to learn and interface with multiple technology domain partners, including offshore vendor teams and internal groupsMust be able to reach out and seek out information from senior members on the teamGenuinely concerned with the success of the team than with getting credit for your contributions
