Required Skills

• Valid North Carolina RN license with CRNA certification
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical anesthesia experience
• Board Certified in Nurse Anesthesia
• Active ACLS and PALS certifications
• Ability to float between locations and adapt to various surgical cases
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia equipment and monitoring systems (Drager, Philips)
• Excellent patient care skills across diverse age groups
• Flexibility to work full-time shifts (Monday & Friday preferred) within a 5x8 schedule

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with vascular, neuro, or pediatric anesthesia
• Familiarity with EPIC EMR system
• Comfort working in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
• Ability to handle varied case types including general, ortho, gyn, ENT, vascular, thoracic, cardiac, neuro, trauma, and off-site locations

Preferred Education and Experience

• Graduation from accredited anesthesia programs
• Proven track record in hospital anesthesia settings
• Willingness to license for a Compact license (if applicable)

Other Requirements

• Must be willing to work scheduled shifts with potential for overtime (OT at 1.5x rate, but OT hours are not guaranteed)
• Credentialing process completion within 60-90 days
• Must be flexible with schedule and available to float across departments and locations as needed
• No new graduates; candidates must have significant hands-on experience
