We are responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing commercial cooking and refrigeration equipment at customer locations. What does a Commercial Equipment Service Technicians do? * Install, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Cooking, Refrigeration, and Ware washing Equipment. * Provide excellent customer service by meeting expectations on every service call. * Complete service calls in a timely manner. * Identify new customers and opportunities within existing accounts. * Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call schedules. * Maintain service vehicle and order necessary parts. What we need from you: * Previous experience in cooking, refrigeration, or related military fields. Veterans encouraged to apply! * Universal EPA certification * Electrical, electronic, and mechanical skills. * Excellent customer communication skills. * Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen is required. * Must be at least 18 years of age. * Valid driver's license and driving record that aligns with our safety standards because you will be driving our cool vans!
