RN - Registered Nurse – CCU – Days – Lebanon, IN Job Category: Registered Nurse Requisition Number: REGIS001708 Posted: May 4, 2026 Position Type: Full-Time Location: On-site – Lebanon, IN Responsibilities The staff nurse is responsible for providing professional nursing care for assigned patients by using and implementing the Nursing Process: assessment, derivation of the nursing diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and re-evaluation of care with a holistic approach. The staff nurse prepares patients and their significant others for discharge, aiming to maintain an optimal level of health. The staff nurse directly supervises the Licensed Practical Nurse and Nursing Assistant, when applicable. As a member of the multi-disciplinary Health Care Team, the staff nurse communicates patient needs and significant other concerns to all disciplines involved in patient care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program. BSN preferred. Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) and be BLS certified. Additional certifications are dependent on assigned care. RN is responsible for continuous self‑professional development by attending seminars and maintaining CEU’s.
