This role is ideal for individuals with warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience who take pride in safe, accurate, and dependable work.**Shift Schedule:** Monday–Friday, **6:30AM- 3:00PM**## ## **Pay and Benefits*** **Starting Pay: ($21.00) per hour*** Hourly or Incentive Bonus* Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) Certification (training provided)* Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, plus FSA/HSA, Disability, and Life insurance (eligible after 30 days)* 401(K) Retirement Savings Plan with company match* Paid Time Off, including Vacation, Sick Time, Holidays, Parental Leave, and Wellness* Product Discounts, and more## ## **Qualifications*** **Ability to work overtime** including extended hours as needed based on business demands* Prior warehouse, distribution, shipping, picking, or receiving experience preferred* Experience operating **powered industrial equipment** (stand‐up forklifts, reach trucks, order selectors, **dock stockers**) preferred* Ability to safely perform **physically demanding work** in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to **50 lbs**, standing/walking for extended periods, working at heights up to **30 feet**, and performing repetitive movements (bending, twisting, reaching)* Experience with, or readiness to learn, warehouse technology such as RF scanners or voice systems* **Regular and reliable attendance** and ability to work in a fast-paced environment* Commitment to following all **safety policies and PPE requirements**## ## **Responsibilities*** Safely operate powered industrial equipment in accordance with OSHA guidelines and Ferguson safety procedures* Accurately pick, sort, stage, store, and transport product to assigned locations* Perform daily tasks using RF scanners, voice systems, and/or labor management systems* Build, wrap, label, and organize pallets, containers, and materials to maintain inventory integrity* Maintain product accuracy, quality, and safety at all times while following all established standard operating procedures for assigned task areas* Communicate effectively with team members and support a team‐oriented work environment* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, participating in ongoing housekeeping efforts* Adhere to all safety requirements, including proper use of PPE and fall‐protection equipment when required* Participate in team meetings and communicate concerns or improvement opportunities to management* Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements* Perform other duties as assigned to support operational needsEmployment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre‐employment drug screening and background check. #J-18808-Ljbffr Ferguson Enterprises, Inc.
