Job Overview Advisor Development Program Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (ADP FSA I) at Merrill Wealth Management. The role focuses on obtaining Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66) and learning foundational advisor skills, including client relationship management, financial analysis, solution advising, and humanized financial interactions. Program Path • Obtain SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses with dedicated study time and support.

• Learn and apply the core advisor skill set: acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; assessing complex financial pictures; guiding clients with tailored solutions.
• Transition to a financial center to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client‑care approach.
• Progress to Merrill Financial Solutions Advisor (MFSA) in a local Merrill Wealth Management office, where you build a new portfolio of affluent and high‑net‑worth clients.
• Ultimately aim to become a core Merrill Financial Advisor.

Responsibilities Develop strong client relationships through effective communication and collaboration. Assess clients’ complex financial situations and recommend appropriate solutions. Apply regulatory due diligence in daily activities and when creating long‑term client strategies. Maintain focus on client interests while achieving program milestones. Complete required safety and compliance training, including SAFE Act registration for residential loan mortgage originations. Required Qualifications Confidence working in a sales role. Strong communication and collaboration skills for building client relationships. Proactive mindset and effective time management. Results‑driven focus with priority on client interests. Ability to identify appropriate client solutions and apply new information. Understanding of regulatory due diligence and client strategy development. Desired Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience. Quick adaptation to new technology or applications. Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously. Position Details Shift: 1st shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 SAFE Act registration required for all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations.
