We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team at Colliers. As a Server, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring all requests and dietary needs are met. Provide menu recommendations and in-depth knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Attend to guest feedback and inquiries with a positive attitude, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently. Prepare checks and handle payment transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area to ensure a pleasant environment. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively to ensure seamless service. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including COVID-19 protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure. Exceptional attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Availability to work variable shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Basic mathematics skills for handling cash and credit card transactions.
