Ensures safe practice, communicates effectively with patients and teams, and integrates evidence-based knowledge into care. Maintains current competencies and contributes to quality improvement. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent. State-specific RN licensure and required certifications, including BLS and ACLS or equivalent (e.g., PALS, ENPC, NRP, TNCC). No prior experience required. Physical ability to perform duties, including mobility, lifting, and communication tasks. Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, and communication skills.
