I’m proud to lead a third-generation State Farm agency that has been serving the community since 1978. Insurance has always been a part of my life - my grandfather was a State Farm agent, and carrying on that legacy has been both an honor and a privilege. Today, our agency consists of six team members who are committed to providing exceptional service and building lasting relationships with our customers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Doug Johnson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
