Role Description The Outside Sales Representative is a full-time, remote role responsible for generating new business and growing existing accounts within assigned territories. Each day, this role involves identifying prospective clients, scheduling and conducting virtual or on-site sales presentations, and promoting a range of foodservice products and solutions tailored to customer needs. The representative maintains regular contact with customers, builds strong relationships, and provides responsive service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Additional responsibilities include preparing quotes, tracking sales activities, collaborating with internal teams on pricing and inventory, and meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective planning and follow-up.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations skills, including the ability to clearly explain product benefits and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Candidates should possess Relationship Building abilities to establish trust, maintain long-term partnerships, and support customer success.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service and Communication skills to respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and communicate professionally across phone, email, and video meetings.
• Candidates should possess New Business Development capabilities, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing new accounts.
• Experience in foodservice, hospitality, or distribution sales is preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals and working independently in a remote environment is beneficial.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and basic office software, along with strong organizational and time management skills, is advantageous.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer locations as needed will be required.
