The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to caregiving.Essential DutiesAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMaintain accurate medication records and ensure proper documentationMonitor and document patient vital signs, symptoms, and responses to treatmentsAdhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelinesTake amazing care of our residentsWork ExperienceCertified Kentucky Medication Aide (KMA)CPR certificationPrevious experience in memory care or a similar setting preferredStrong understanding of medication administration procedures and protocolsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentAbility to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds and bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach and sit for long periodsWillingness to perform additional duties as assignedWhat We Offer:On-Demand Pay so you can access wages you've already earned between paydays.
