Marketing Director

A well-established and growing law firm is seeking a Senior PPC / Paid Digital Marketing Specialist to take ownership of its online advertising and lead-generation strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid search and digital advertising for a personal injury law firm or other high-volume legal practice . This is an opportunity to play a key role in driving qualified leads and new client acquisition. Responsibilities: Manage and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms Develop and execute paid search strategies focused on generating qualified personal injury leads Manage advertising budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, bid management and campaign optimization Monitor and analyze CPC, CPL, conversion rates, cost per acquisition and overall campaign performance Track leads from initial click through intake and signed case Develop and test landing pages, ad copy, keywords and targeting strategies Identify opportunities to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs Work closely with intake, marketing and leadership teams to improve overall lead conversion Provide regular reporting and recommendations to firm leadership Stay current on Google Ads, paid search, SEO/SEM, analytics and digital advertising trends Qualifications: 5+ years of hands-on PPC / paid digital advertising experience Personal injury law firm experience strongly preferred Demonstrated experience managing significant paid advertising budgets Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics/GA4 and conversion tracking Experience with call tracking, lead attribution and conversion optimization Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to understand the relationship between advertising spend, lead quality and signed cases Proven track record of improving campaign performance and ROI Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Preferred: Previous in-house experience with a personal injury law firm Experience advertising in highly competitive legal markets Experience managing Google Local Services Ads, Meta Ads and/or other paid media channels Experience tracking campaigns through the complete lead-to-client acquisition funnel Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $150,000–$200,000 plus bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
