Your Impact as a Swim Instructor is creating confidence in swimmers of all ages through:

- Leading engaging one-on-one and/or small group lessons \n
- Crafting personalized development plans for each swimmer \n
- Creating fun, energetic learning environments that make water safety enjoyable \n
- Providing encouraging feedback that builds skills and confidence \n
- Maintaining safety protocols while fostering a positive atmosphere \n
- Building meaningful relationships with students and their families \n

- Strong swimming abilities across various techniques \n
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, patient teaching style \n
- Adaptability to different learning styles and needs \n
- Current lifeguard/CPR certifications (preferred) \n
- Genuine enthusiasm for water safety and teaching \n
- Previous swim instruction experience (helpful but not required) \n
