Development Manager

This company is a national developer in the industrial market with expertise in development, property management, and leasing. They currently manage over 50M sq. ft. of industrial space and have a nationwide footprint and are considered the " gold standard" and development leader in the industrial sector. They have offices across the country and operate as a smart and efficient group offering both great autonomy and opportunity to their people.

Due to growth, they are looking to add a Development Manager to their Phoenix office.

NOTE: This is a great opportunity for that outstanding construction Project Manager currently working for a local GC to make the make the move to the owner/developer side of the industry and have a long-term career with an excellent company.

Desired Skills:

· Minimum 5-7 years' experience as a Project Manager in the commercial construction space, ideally working for a highly reputable and respected general contractor.

· 4-year degree in Construction Management/ Building Construction

· Must be team oriented, a relationship builder, and bring an ownership mindset to their work
