As a Security Officer Hospital Security Driver in Smyrna, TN , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Security Professional in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $20.20 / Hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of healthcare facility buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Be able to work in a hospital morgue.
• Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
