ENG- Oversees integrated product team execution for complex aerospace manufacturing development, producibility studies, and production tooling strategies. Develops and optimizes manufacturing plans while integrating contract requirements, design intent, and schedule constraints into build-ready architectures. Resolves advanced technical manufacturing issues by applying Lean Enterprise methods and supporting continuous production and design improvement initiatives.

#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry
*9+ years of related manufacturing engineering experience or equivalent combination of technical education and experience
*Able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
*Ability to read, interpret, and apply technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, or maintenance manuals

#Job Duties & Functions
*Analyze integrated product team activities related to product development, producibility studies, and manufacturing or tooling philosophies
*Develop manufacturing plans and oversee optimization of production processes and build strategies
*Coordinate and implement conceptual design integration while aligning program architecture with manufacturing requirements
*Conduct complex producibility and variation analyses to ensure process capability meets design intent
*Resolve technical manufacturing issues impacting production flow, quality, and schedule performance
*Execute project management responsibilities by integrating contract requirements, specifications, and design criteria
*Apply Lean Enterprise methodologies to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste
*Document and communicate producibility best practices across engineering and production teams
*Support research and development of advanced design and manufacturing opportunities
*Mentor and guide engineering personnel through structured technical support and knowledge transfer
