Landscape foreman

Benefits: Employee discounts Paid time off About the Role: True Design Landscape is looking for an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman to lead our crews in the Graham, WA area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help bring beautiful outdoor spaces to life while guiding a team of dedicated landscape professionals. Responsibilities: Lead and supervise landscape crews on residential and/or commercial job sites Oversee installation of plants, hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other landscape features Ensure all work is completed on schedule, on budget, and to company quality standards Communicate daily with management regarding job progress, crew performance, and site conditions Train and mentor crew members on proper landscaping techniques and safety protocols Manage equipment, tools, and materials on-site to ensure efficient operations Maintain a safe and professional work environment in compliance with OSHA standards Requirements: 2+ years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or foreman role Strong knowledge of plants, hardscaping, irrigation, and general landscape installation Ability to read and interpret landscape plans and blueprints Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to operate trailers and landscape equipment Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate a crew Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required About Us: True Design Landscape is a trusted landscaping company serving the Graham, WA community and surrounding areas with a passion for creating stunning, functional outdoor environments.
