Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Basic understanding of audio equipment and broadcast operations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Drivers License Preferred Qualifications Experience in radio broadcasting or media production. Familiarity with digital audio workstations and broadcast automation software.
