Alignment Mechanic

S&S Tire is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries, servicing Lexington, KY and surrounding markets. We are looking to add an Alignment Mechanic to our Truck Tire Team. Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:

• Familiar with Hunter Alignment machines and computers
• Heavy Duty Certified in steering, suspension, and alignment
• Must be familiar with Heavy Duty suspension and steering repairs to include 3 axle alignments on road tractors.
• Execute repairs to factory specifications
• Ability to diagnose mechanical problems
• Must have good written and oral communication skills

Requirements

Minimum Job Requirements:

• A Valid Drivers License
• The ability to work in a fast paced, customer service oriented environment.
• The desire to be an integral part of a TEAM.
• Commitment to being on time.
• Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management.
• Be able to lift 75-100 pounds.
