Legal Operations Coordinator

Providing essential administrative and operational support, the fully remote Legal Operations Coordinator will manage legal workflows, contract administration, and governance processes while ensuring efficient processing of legal requests and maintaining departmental systems. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain the organization's contract lifecycle platform and DocuSign system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of contracts Coordinate Board governance activities, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining official records Support the Legal Operations Manager with project coordination and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency Required qualifications Associate's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Public Administration, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum of three years of experience in legal operations, contract administration, or a related administrative field Experience in coordinating contracts and managing legal workflows is preferred Proficiency in legal operations technology, including contract management systems and electronic signature platforms Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (ASL) is preferred
