• CPM $0.67 Per Mile
• Drop/Hook Pay $45.00 Per Drop
• Holiday Pay $240.00 Per Day
• New Hire Training $240.00 Per Day
• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
• Stop Pay $90.00 Per Stop
