Benefits: Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Competitive salary Dental insurance Flexible schedule We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with: Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required Licensed Physical Therapist issued by Florida Minimum of one year healthcare experience Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for chartingThe skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule Benefits Health insurance 401(k) matching Paid time off Vision insurance Dental insurance Essential Responsibilities and Duties: (Note: Other Duties May Be Assigned) To provide physical therapy as prescribed by a physician which can be safely provided in the home and assisting the physician in evaluating patients by applying diagnostic and prognostic muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities test. To observe and record activities and findings in the clinical record Report to the physician the patient’s reaction to treatment and any changes in the patient’s condition. To instruct the patient and family in care and use of physical therapy devices. To instruct other health team personnel including, when appropriate, home health aides and family members in certain phases of physical therapy with which they may work with the patient. To instruct the family on the patient’s total physical therapy program. Supervises the Physical Therapy Assistant Participates in all required case conferences, utilization reviews, orientations, in-services and continuing education meetings.
