Client Success Manager — Launch & Adoption Champion
Dow Jones & Co Inc
Dow Jones is seeking a Client Success Manager to own the post-sale journey from signed deal through launch and early adoption. You will coordinate with Sales, Operations, Adoption, and Customer Care to ensure a smooth handoff into ongoing account management and minimize friction for the client.
