You will craft initial sales offers, adeptly handle counter offers from the guest, and reach mutually beneficial agreements when closing the sale. Aspects of your role will include identifying buying signals, seeking the guest's verbal commitment, and asking for the sale. You'll be required to obtain product knowledge expertise, explore options at the guest's request, and utilize resources to make the optimal sale. Throughout the guest experience you will maintain the integrity of Robbins Brothers sales practices by adhering to company policies and procedures.The Sales Associate works closely with their managers in all aspects of the retail store function.
